How much is the deposit?
$25 for most items, applied in full to your price. It's a hold, not a fee.
How long do you hold an item?
Until your chosen pickup or delivery slot (up to 48 hours). No shows forfeit the deposit and the item goes back on sale.
Can I pick up today?
Yes, same day pickup is available between 11 AM and 6 PM, as long as your time is at least an hour away when you reserve.
How does delivery scheduling work?
Reserve with your deposit, and I'll message you to arrange the delivery day and time that works for both of us. Need it today? Rush same day delivery is often possible. Message me for a quote.
Can I pay the whole thing by Venmo or Zelle?
Yes. Listed prices are cash prices. Paying in full by Venmo or Zelle adds 10% for convenience. The deposit itself is always at face value.
Where is pickup?
Items are stored at secure storage locations around Los Angeles. Your item's pickup address shows when you reserve it, and it's confirmed by text with your deposit.
Are the items new?
Almost everything is brand new closeout stock, in the box. Condition is stated on every listing, and you inspect before you pay the balance.
Can I inspect the item before paying?
Always. You check your item in person at pickup or delivery before paying the balance. All sales are final after that, so take your time looking it over.
